1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Magical Claws, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States.

  • Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry.

  • Entrants under 18 must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate and claim any prize.

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or any affiliate, advertising agency, or promotional partner, as well as immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • To participate, sign up for the newsletter at https://magicalclaws.com.

  • Only one entry per person.

  • No purchase is necessary. Making a purchase does not increase chances of winning.

  • Alternate means of entry: If you prefer not to sign up online, you may enter by mailing your name, email address, and statement of parental consent (if under 18) to: Magical Claws - 8922 S Memorial Dr Ste G, Tulsa, OK 74133.

4. Entry Period

  • Entries will be accepted starting 1 August 2025 and ending 30 September 2025 at 11:59PM Central Time.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $100 Magical Claws gift card prize.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Prize is not transferable and no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days after the entry period ends.

  • Winner will be notified by email within three (3) days of selection.

  • If selected winner is under 18, parent/legal guardian must provide written consent and complete any required forms to claim the prize.

7. Publicity & Privacy

  • By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to contact them regarding this giveaway and related communications.

  • Information collected will be used only for the administration of the Sweepstakes and will be protected in accordance with all applicable privacy laws, including COPPA for entries from minors.

  • Winner’s name may be posted on Sponsor’s website and social media, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation may result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any problems arising from computer or network issues.

  • By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any and all claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Disputes

  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

11. Winner List

  • For the name of the winner, send a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Magical Claws - 8922 S Memorial Dr Ste G, Tulsa, OK 74133 after 1 November 2025.
